We have three packages, to suit every budget and requirement. Please ensure you have read this entire page, including the bullet points at the bottom of the page.

Package 1 – Rocket Room: Up to 10 Children

Includes:

• ✔ Admission for up to 10 children (including the birthday child)
• ✔ Your own reserved party room with tables and chairs
• ✔ 2-hour party session
• ✔ 1 hour of soft play, 30 minutes for food & cake, and 30 minutes for presents, party bags & photos
• ✔ Children’s Meals
  • •⁠ ⁠Each child can choose their favourite meal: Chicken Nuggets, Fish Fingers, Mini Cheese Pizza or Vegan Sausage Roll.
  • •⁠ ⁠All our food is Halal.
  • •⁠ ⁠Please confirm meal choices and any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before your party.
  • •⁠ ⁠Each meal includes oven-baked chips, a packet of crisps, tomato ketchup and a Fruit Shoot.
• ✔ Extras
  • ⁠ ⁠Extra child: £20 per child (maximum 3 additional children, bringing the total to 13 children).
  • ⁠✘ Extra time is not available with this package.
• ✔ What to Bring
  • ⁠ ⁠Please bring your own decorations, party bags, balloons and birthday cake.
  • ⁠ ⁠If you wish to serve the birthday cake during your party, please bring plates, napkins, forks.
• ✔ Arrival
  • ⁠ ⁠You will have access to your party area 20 minutes before your booking. Please arrive on time with your balloons already inflated and your decorations ready to set up. We kindly ask that you are at the venue before your guests arrive to welcome them.
• ✔ Important Information
  • ⁠ ⁠Suitable for children aged 0–8 years (maximum height 130cm).
  • ⁠ Hygiene : Everyone (adults and children) must wear socks in the throughout the venue.
  • ⁠ ⁠One adult per child only. Please mention this in your party invitations, as additional adults cannot be accommodated.
  • No cleaning or tidying is required—our team will take care of everything. We simply ask that you leave on time so we can prepare for the next party.

Package 2 – Birthday Zone: Up to 15 Children

Includes:

• ✔ Admission for up to 15 children (including the birthday child)
• ✔ Your own reserved party area with tables and chairs
• ✔ 2-hour party session
• ✔ 1 hour of soft play, 30 minutes for food & cake, and 30 minutes for presents, party bags & photos
• ✔ Children’s Meals

Package 3 Private hire: – Up to 30 Children

Includes:

• ⁠ ⁠✔ Exclusive use of the entire venue for 2 hours
• ⁠✔ Up to 30 children (including the birthday child) and 40 adults
• ⁠ ⁠✔ 1 hour of soft play, 30 minutes for food & cake, and 30 minutes for presents, party bags & photos
• ⁠✔ Tables and chairs provided⁠ ⁠✔ You’re welcome to bring your own catering and decorations.
  • Food & Drinks
• ⁠✔ Food and drinks are not included. You’re welcome to bring your own party food and soft drinks, such as sandwiches, pizza, chicken nuggets, chips, fruit platters and birthday cake.
• ⁠✘ Please do not bring alcohol, glass containers, food containing bones, fish with bones, or hot and spicy foods (e.g. curry).
  • Extras
• ⁠ ⁠✔ Extra children: £20 per child (maximum 10 additional children, bringing the total to 40 children)
• ⁠✔ Extra adults (over 40): £6 per person (maximum 10 additional adults , bringing the total to 50 )
• ⁠✔ Extra time: 30 mins – £100 | 60 mins – £200 (must be booked at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability)
  • Arrival Time
• ⁠✔ You will have access to the venue 30 minutes before your booking. Please arrive on time with your balloons already inflated and your decorations ready to set up. We kindly ask that you are at the venue before your guests arrive to welcome them.
  • Important Information
• ⁠ ⁠✔ Suitable for children aged 0–8 years with a maximum height of 130cm.
• ⁠✔ Socks must be worn by all children and all adults using the play area.

Party add-ons

We have a range of party add-ons that we offer via external providers who work with us. In order to book these, you will need to get in touch with them to check their availability and prices. Rough guidelines are provided below:

Please read the below before booking a party

• Cake is not included.
• We are happy for you to use our cake knife, as we know the difficulties in bringing your own, but you MUST return it.
• Cake packing boxes are available at extra cost.
• Please do not bring any cooking equipment or appliances – this includes any kettles, water heaters and microwaves.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • 30 days or more notice: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled party date qualify for a full refund.
  • 20 to 29 days notice: Cancellations made between 20 and 29 days prior to the scheduled party date qualify for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 20 days notice: Cancellations made with less than 20 days’ notice are strictly non-refundable.
• Why we have this policy: Your chosen time slot is reserved exclusively for your venue hire. Should you cancel at short notice, it is highly unlikely we will be able to rebook the slot, resulting in a loss for our small business.
• Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to these cancellation terms.
