We have three packages, to suit every budget and requirement. Please ensure you have read this entire page, including the bullet points at the bottom of the page.

Package 1 – Rocket Room: Up to 10 kids

Includes:

• 1 hour of play , 30 mins for eating and for cutting the cake, 30 mins at the end of your party for taking pictures, giving out your party bags, and getting ready to leave.
• 10 Kiddi Meals (served in happy meal-style boxes) Plus: 10 Crisps, 10 Fruit Shoots.
• Food Options please choose from the following :
• 4pc Chicken Nuggets & Chips / 3pc Fish Fingers & Chips / 2pc Mini-Pizza & Chips / 1 Vegan Sausage Roll & Chips.
• Important notes:
• Food choices and any extra children must be confirmed at least 7 days before your party.
• Extras: ⁠Extra child: £20 per child / ⁠Extra adults or 9 + : £6 per person .
• This party lasts 2 hours only, please note there is no additional time after the party especially if you ask on the day.
• Decoration: No decoration included in this package. If you’re looking for decoration, cake, face painting or character visitors, scroll to the bottom of the page to see our recommended suppliers.
• If you’re bringing your own setup, we kindly ask you to prepare everything in advance, including blowing balloons and placing them in large bags to make things easier for you on the day. You can arrive and access the room up to 20 minutes before your slot to set up and wait for your guests.
• Hygiene note: Everyone (adults and children) must wear socks in the throughout the venue.

Package 2 – Birthday Zone: Up to 15 kids

Includes:

• 1 hour of play , 30 mins for eating and for cutting the cake, 30 mins at the end of your party for taking pictures, giving out your party bags, and getting ready to leave.
• 15 Kiddi Meals (served in happy meal-style boxes) Plus: 15 Crisps, 15 Fruit Shoots .
• Food Options please choose from the following :

Package 3 Private hire: – Up to 30 kids

Includes:

• 1 hour of play with exclusive use of the play area
• 30 mins for eating and for cutting the cake
• 30 mins for giving out party bags, collecting gifts and spending time with your guests
• You have the entire venue and use of the chairs and tables
• PRIVATE HIRE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FOOD OR ANY DRINKS, but you are welcome to arrange your own catering.
• Extras: ⁠Extra child: £20 per child / ⁠Extra adults or 9 + : £6 per person. Please contact us 7 days in advance to arrange this.
• Additional time is available 30-minute (£75) and 60-minute (£150) . Please contact us 7 days in advance to arrange this.

Party add-ons

We have a range of party add-ons that we offer via external providers who work with us. In order to book these, you will need to get in touch with them to check their availability and prices. Rough guidelines are provided below:

Please read the below before booking a party

• Cake is not included.
• We are happy for you to use our cake knife, as we know the difficulties in bringing your own, but you MUST return it.
• Cake packing boxes are available at extra cost.
• Please do not bring any cooking equipment or appliances – this includes any kettles, water heaters and microwaves.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • 30 days or more notice: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled party date qualify for a full refund.
  • 20 to 29 days notice: Cancellations made between 20 and 29 days prior to the scheduled party date qualify for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 20 days notice: Cancellations made with less than 20 days’ notice are strictly non-refundable.
• Why we have this policy: Your chosen time slot is reserved exclusively for your venue hire. Should you cancel at short notice, it is highly unlikely we will be able to rebook the slot, resulting in a loss for our small business.
• Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to these cancellation terms.
