What are your opening hours?

  • Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 5pm
  • Sunday: 10am – 4pm

We reserve the right to close the venue for private hire. Please check our bookings calendar which is updated a week in advance for private hire closures.

Who is the soft play suitable for?

The recommended height is up to 140cm (4’6″). Taller children are allowed. However, we reserve the right to stop playtime if it becomes unsafe.

For safety reasons, we do not allow adults over 100kg (15.5 stones) in the frame.

Do I need to book in advance for entry?

Pre-booking is required for general entry. However, we still accept walk-ins.

What is the cost of entry?

General entry price is:

  • £4.80 for walking or crawling babies under 1 (This includes access to all frames/areas)
  • £5.80 for children over 1 (This includes access to all frames/areas)

One adult per booking is included (this includes all areas).

Additional adults are £2 per adult.

ROSPA recommends adults in play areas only with toddlers, babies and SEN children.

 

Do you have a café or snack bar?

Yes, we have a café offering a range of snacks, hot meals, and beverages for both children and adults.

Are there any dietary options available?

Please inform us of any specific dietary needs or allergies and we will do our best to cater for it.

Do you offer parking facilities?

We are based in St Nicholas shopping center and visitors may use the shopping center car park (details and prices here). Alternatively there is some on street parking around the local area but it is a town center so it may be limited or have associated costs.

Are there any safety rules for children?

Yes, all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn in the soft play area, and food and drinks are not allowed in play zones.

Pleas follow all safety signs and guidance provided.

One person per trampoline.

NO BEATING, NO PUSHING, NO BITING.

Can I bring my own food?

 We do not allow outside food or drinks, but our café has a wide variety of options available which are very reasonably priced.

Is there a time limit for play?

We limit play sessions to 1 hour to accommodate more guests. but you can purchase extra time on the day subject to availability.

 

Do you offer special deals or memberships?

Yes – this is in the pipeline, we will be offering loyalty cards and special offers, including discounts and extra play time.

Do you have toilets?

Yes, we have clean toilets for our guests to use and unisex baby change facilities.

Party Booking FAQs

How do I book a party at Kiddistop?

You can book a party and make payment online. Please read the information provided on the party bookings page and get in touch with us if you have any questions before booking.

What party packages do you offer?

We currently offer 4 party packages. You can find out more on the party bookings page.

How far in advance should I book a party?

We recommend booking at least a month in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. We usually open up party booking slots on the website at least three months in advance.

Can I customise my party package?

Yes, we offer additional entertainment such as:

  • face painting
  • balloon artists
  • magician
  • princess

How many children can I invite to a party?

Please refer to the packages breakdown:

  • Package 1: Up to 10 kids
  • Package 2: Up to 10 kids
  • Package 3: Up to 20 kids
  • Package 4: Up to 40 kids

Is food included in the party packages?

Yes, depending on the package, Please see the party booking page for more information on what is included.

Can I self-cater?

Only for package 4.

Can we arrive early to decorate?

You can arrive 15 mins prior to your booking time.

Do you have a fridge to store my birthday cake?

Yes, have a fridge for your birthday cake.

Do you provide any cutlery?

We provide a cake knife for you to use (for your own cake) as well as cutlery for food that we provide. If you are self-catering, you will need to bring your own cutlery.

Are adults included in the price?

One adult per party guest is included as well as closest family of the birthday child.

Can we play before and after food?

We discourage play after food, except for private hire, due to health and safety reasons.

Do you provide party hosts?

No – however, we have members of staff to assist with some of your requests and to help channel/guide your guests using the microphone system.
