Please read the below before booking:

• Each ticket gives you 1 hour of play time during our opening/trading hours for that day, from the time you check in. You can see opening times on our homepage.
• You can choose what time to turn up – but last entry is an hour before closing time.
• It must be taken as one complete session (so you can’t split it over multiple visits on the same day).
• At busy periods, waiting times may vary.
• Each booking includes a free adult. Please purchase tickets for any additional adults.
• Please use the softplay centre opening times for guidance, and not the timings on the tickets (as the tickets timings may not be in line with our opening times).
  • Weekdays: 9:30am-5pm
  • Saturday: 10am-4pm
  • Sunday: 10am-3pm
